WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TRANSITIONING AWAY FROM USING THE MINDBODY APP.  PLEASE EMAIL THE STUDIO DIRECTLY TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES.

Class size is limited.  

24 hours cancellation notice is required for all group classes.

Classes may be cancelled by the studio 12 hours prior to scheduled time if a minimum of three people is not met.

Classes are 45 minutes in length.
