STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates, incorporating exercise science and spinal rehabilitation.  The co-founders, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals have spent over two decades refining the STOTT PILATES method of exercise and equipment.

STOTT PILATES incorporates more preparatory exercises and modification than many other methods to cater to different body types and fitness abilities.  With STOTT PILATES, routines have been designed to restore the natural curve of the spine, rebalance muscles around joints and put an emphasis on scapular stabilization.

Longer, leaner muscles, with less bulk and greater mobilities. STOTT PILATES helps improve posture and increase core strength and stability. Exercises are created to prevent injury, enhance functional fitness and promote balance and flexibility, as well we heighten body awareness. Minimal impact means that STOTT PILATES is easy on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels, from rehabilitative workouts and exercises for elite athletes through to office employees looking to make improvements in coordination and circulation.
